Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,137 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, Protein histidyl modification to diphthamide, and Peptidyl-histidine modification. Each is linked with DPH3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPH3-to-partner and partner-to-DPH3 results are reported.
