DPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 569 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8075, OR10G6, and OR51L1. Each is linked with DPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPH2-to-partner and partner-to-DPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8075 grouped by DPH2-low versus DPH2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
