DPF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3KP1, SGMS1, and CSF3R. Each is linked with DPF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF3-to-partner and partner-to-DPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
