DPF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,697 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARID1B, MBTD1, and UBE3D. Each is linked with DPF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF2-to-partner and partner-to-DPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPF2 versus ARID1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
