DPF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCLAF1, BRD4, and CDC5L. Each is linked with DPF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF2-to-partner and partner-to-DPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPF2 versus BCLAF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
