DPF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, TBC1D21, and ACSM6. Each is linked with DPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF2-to-partner and partner-to-DPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA4 grouped by DPF2-low versus DPF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
