DPF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,990 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZADH2, YPEL1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with DPF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF1-to-partner and partner-to-DPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPF1 versus ZADH2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
