DPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 278 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-982P, RNA5-8SN1, and RN7SKP39. Each is linked with DPF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF1-to-partner and partner-to-DPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-982P grouped by DPF1-low versus DPF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
