Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPEP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,859 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lymphocyte differentiation, Superoxide metabolic process, and Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with DPEP3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP3 results are reported.
