DPEP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPEP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,197 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APMAP, IL23A, and VEGFA. Each is linked with DPEP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPEP3 versus APMAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
