DPEP2NB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPEP2NB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,780 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP2NB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of epidermis development, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with DPEP2NB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP2NB-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP2NB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of epidermis development grouped by DPEP2NB-low versus DPEP2NB-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPEP2NB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPEP2NB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
