DPEP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPEP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,415 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOM1, CD22, and BRINP3. Each is linked with DPEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPEP2 versus MYOM1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
