DPEP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB8P1, RPL23AP4, and CSH2. Each is linked with DPEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB8P1 grouped by DPEP2-low versus DPEP2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
