DPEP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A6, OR2B2, and MBD3L1. Each is linked with DPEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A6 grouped by DPEP2-low versus DPEP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
