Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPCD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPCD data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher DPCD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPCD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DPCD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
