DPCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,156 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPNPEP1, CIAO2B, and MMS19. Each is linked with DPCD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPCD-to-partner and partner-to-DPCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPCD versus XPNPEP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
