Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,001 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL43, SPEF1, and RSPH1. Each is linked with DPCD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPCD-to-partner and partner-to-DPCD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPCD versus MRPL43 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
