Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,354 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RUVBL1, RUVBL2, and LZTFL1. Each is linked with DPCD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPCD-to-partner and partner-to-DPCD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPCD versus RUVBL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
