DPCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6855, H2BC3, and RNVU1-28. Each is linked with DPCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPCD-to-partner and partner-to-DPCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6855 grouped by DPCD-low versus DPCD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
