Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPCD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary anterograde transport, Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, and Protein localization to ciliary membrane. Each is linked with DPCD in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPCD-to-partner and partner-to-DPCD results are reported.
