DOT1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOT1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA3, SRRM1, and USP15. Each is linked with DOT1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOT1L-to-partner and partner-to-DOT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KPNA3 grouped by DOT1L-low versus DOT1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
