DOT1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOT1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,827 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOT1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with DOT1L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOT1L-to-partner and partner-to-DOT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation grouped by DOT1L-low versus DOT1L-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
