DOT1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOT1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,966 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCC1, HMGN4, and AKAP3. Each is linked with DOT1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOT1L-to-partner and partner-to-DOT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASCC1 grouped by DOT1L-low versus DOT1L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
