DOP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,467 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NISCH, SERGEF, and CPSF4. Each is linked with DOP1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1B-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NISCH grouped by DOP1B-low versus DOP1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
