DONSON

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DONSON mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DONSON-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC43, UBE2F, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with DONSON in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DONSON-to-partner and partner-to-DONSON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC43 grouped by DONSON-low versus DONSON-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DONSON→partner) and Y-score (partner→DONSON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
