Across TCGA cell cohorts, DONSON RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,730 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DONSON-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Regulation of chromosome separation, and Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with DONSON in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DONSON-to-partner and partner-to-DONSON results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by DONSON-low versus DONSON-high in KIDNEY.
