DOK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB8A, THAP9, and DSCR4. Each is linked with DOK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK7-to-partner and partner-to-DOK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8A grouped by DOK7-low versus DOK7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
