Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, CDK1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with DOK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK7-to-partner and partner-to-DOK7 results are reported.
