DOK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, CST11, and TAAR8. Each is linked with DOK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK7-to-partner and partner-to-DOK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by DOK7-low versus DOK7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
