DOK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,656 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with DOK5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK5-to-partner and partner-to-DOK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds grouped by DOK5-low versus DOK5-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
