DOK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E10P, MEIS3, and HAX1. Each is linked with DOK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK3-to-partner and partner-to-DOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E10P grouped by DOK3-low versus DOK3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
