DOK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-338P, MIR548AQ, and NECAP1P1. Each is linked with DOK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK2-to-partner and partner-to-DOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-338P grouped by DOK2-low versus DOK2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
