DOK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,050 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-711P, NUP50, and DDTL. Each is linked with DOK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-711P grouped by DOK1-low versus DOK1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
