DOCK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,567 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR3DL1, TTC39C-AS1, and TRDJ4. Each is linked with DOCK9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK9-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR3DL1 grouped by DOCK9-low versus DOCK9-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
