DOCK9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,028 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK24, ARHGEF7, and TUBGCP3. Each is linked with DOCK9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK9-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOCK9 versus STK24 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
