DOCK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 586 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, OR56A5, and TRAPPC13. Each is linked with DOCK9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK9-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by DOCK9-low versus DOCK9-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
