Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOCK8-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DOCK8-AS1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DOCK8-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOCK8-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, OV, and COAD are the cancer types where DOCK8-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
