DOCK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, eIF4E, and INPP4B. Each is linked with DOCK7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK7-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by DOCK7-low versus DOCK7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
