DOCK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, ATM, and ERK2. Each is linked with DOCK6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK6-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by DOCK6-low versus DOCK6-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
