DOCK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf43, WDR76, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with DOCK5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK5-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf43 grouped by DOCK5-low versus DOCK5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
