DOCK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and ATM. Each is linked with DOCK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK5-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by DOCK5-low versus DOCK5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
