DOCK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, TTK, and TAF5. Each is linked with DOCK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK5-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by DOCK5-low versus DOCK5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
