DOCK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with DOCK4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK4-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by DOCK4-low versus DOCK4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
