DOCK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,035 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRH, PPP2CA, and RPF1. Each is linked with DOCK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK3-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH grouped by DOCK3-low versus DOCK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
