Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Fibronectin, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with DOCK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK3-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK3 results are reported.
