DOCK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,338 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBS1L, FBXO30, and GNAI3. Each is linked with DOCK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK3-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HBS1L grouped by DOCK3-low versus DOCK3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
