DOCK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,398 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADA2, BTK, and CCDC88B_S597. Each is linked with DOCK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK2-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOCK2 versus ADA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
