DOCK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,423 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, APOBEC3H, and GRAP2. Each is linked with DOCK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK2-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOCK2 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
