DOCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,128 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS2, NOP10, and TUBB4B. Each is linked with DOCK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK2-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS2 grouped by DOCK2-low versus DOCK2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
