DOCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, 4E-BP1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with DOCK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK2-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by DOCK2-low versus DOCK2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
